Croatia virtual Area
Control Center has several important duties, one
of them is to help pilots visiting our country get
an understanding of our FIR and airspace.
If
you are a NEW pilot, please take a look at the table
to the RIGHT. You will find lots of useful info
and applications that will make your online experience
easier and much more enjoyable.
Zagreb
FIR is actually the only FIR in the country and
is divided into TMA areas. Wherever you are in Croatia,
look up the nearest ATC station. It may be at the TWR/APP level
(the ones beginning with the ICAO designator of
the nearest airport) or the Control/Radar
level, either way those controllers should be able to provide help and
information regarding our airspace. (LDZO_CTR on 135.800 MHz)
Charts
are provided for all major airports in the table
below. If you are unavailable to follow charted
procedures, please advise ATC prior start-up or
state in the remarks section of your flight plan,
"No Charts."
If you have and
additional
questions regarding our vACC or airspace, please
